Our Organic Boiled Varagu is a traditionally processed form of Kodo Millet where the grains are carefully parboiled before dehusking, similar to the age-old method used for boiled rice. This traditional processing helps the grain develop a deeper flavour, firmer texture, and improved cooking character compared to regular raw varagu.
