1. Return Eligibility
Fruits & Vegetables
- Any issue with fruits and vegetables must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
All Other Products
- For all other items, return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. How to Raise a Return Request

- Order number
- Product details
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
3. Valid Reasons for Returns
Returns or refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Damaged or spoiled products
- Incorrect item delivered
- Missing items from the order
- Quality issues (subject to review)
4. Refund Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.
- In some cases, refunds may be provided as store credit.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
We may not be able to accept returns in the following cases:
- Requests made beyond the allowed time window
- Products that have been used or partially consumed (unless quality issue is proven)
- Minor variations in size, shape or appearance in fresh produce (natural variation)
6. Additional Notes
- Fruits and vegetables are natural products and may vary slightly in appearance.
- We strive to ensure quality, but encourage customers to report any concerns promptly.
