Made with organic green gram and a small quantity of raw rice, this batter delivers the authentic taste and texture of classic Andhra-style pesarattu. To enhance its flavor, we blend the batter with organic cumin, red chilli, ginger, curry leaves, and a touch of asafoetida. We add only a very small amount of Himalayan rock salt, allowing you to adjust the seasoning according to your family’s taste preferences.
